abstract NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R 1 is higher alkyl, higher acylmethyl, etc., which may be substituted with cycloalkyl; R 2 is lower alkyl which may be substituted with formyl, etc., or carbamoyl which is substituted with lower alkyl; R 3 WR 5 is H, lower alkyl, etc.; n is integer of 8W14) or its salt. n EXAMPLE: 2-(Acetoacetyloxy)-3-(octadecyloxy)propyl 10-trimethylammoniodecyl phosphate. n USE: An antitumor agent exhibiting platelet coagulation inhibiting action and free from side effect caused by platelet activation effect. n PREPARATION: The objective compound can be produced by (1) reacting the compound of formula II (R 6 is lower alkyl, etc.) with phosphorus oxychloride in an inert solvent in the presence of a tertiary amine under anhydrous condition, (2) reacting the reaction product with water, (3) reacting the resultant compound of formula III with the compound of formula IV (Z - is anion) in the presence of a condensation agent and (4) removing the protecting group from the obtained compound of formula V with an acidic catalyst in the presence of water. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
