abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent impact resistance, appearance, etc., by blending a polyethylene terephthalate resin prepd. by using a germanium compd. as a polymn. catalyst with an olefin copolymer having glycidyl groups. n CONSTITUTION: A dicarboxylic acid component mainly composed of terephthalic acid is reacted with a diol component mainly composed of ethylene glycol in the presence of germanium compd.
