PURPOSE: To provide a room temperature curable resin compsn. having greatly improved weather resistance, by blending a specified hardener with a basic nitrogen-contg. vinyl polymer. n CONSTITUTION: The title compsn. having excellent weather resistance contains a basic nitrogen-contg. vinyl polymer (A) [e.g. dialkylaminoalkyl (meth)acrylate] as a base resin component, a compd. (B) contg. both epoxy and hydrolyzable silyl groups (e.g. γ -glycidoxypropyltriiso-propenlyoxysilane) as a hardener and optionally a catalyst (C) (e.g. NaOH) for hydrolysis and condensation of said hydrolyzable silyl group.
