titleOfInvention Sealing material and its production
abstract PURPOSE: A sealing material of one component type capable of being packed into a wet face, having improved weather resistance and heat resistance, small volume shrinkage ratio, not causing solidification with time, obtained by dispersing urethane polymer particles into acrylic resin emulsion. n CONSTITUTION: A sealing material wherein urethane polymer particles exist in a component consisting of acrylic resin emulsion in a dispersed state. A urethane prepolymer is dropped to the acrylic resin emulsion, stirred, H 2 O, a medium of the acrylic resin emulsion, is reacted with isocyanate group of the urethane prepolymer while dispersing the urethane prepolymer by the stirring, to give latex wherein the urethane polymer particles are dispersed in the emulsion. Then, the emulsion is kneaded with a fillter, dispersant, stabilizer, and pigment. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
