PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which gives a coating film having excel lent surface smoothness, anti-frictional properties, water and oil repellency, antifouling properties, resistance to weather and light and adhesion to substrates, consisting of a fluoropolymer and a polymerizable, curable monomer and/or oligomer. n CONSTITUTION: At least 0.01wt% fluoropolymer (e.g. copolymer of a compd. of formula I with methyl methacrylate in a molar ratio of 1:5) having an average MW of 2,000 or above,, solubility in water of 0.001wt% or below and solubility in an org. solvent of 0.1wt% or above at 25°C and at least 1wt% polymerizable, curable monomer of formula II or III (wherein n, m are each 1W10) and/or oligomer thereof are dissolved in a reactive diluent monomer (e.g. methoxyethyl acrylate). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio |
