titleOfInvention Method for detecting hemoglobin in excretion
abstract PURPOSE: To rapidly detect hemoglobin component with high accuracy, by adsorbing hemoglobin in excretion on the surface of a sampler made of a polymer material and by measuring the marker bonded to the adsorbed hemoglobin on the surface of the sampler by using anti-human labelled hemoglobin. n CONSTITUTION: A screw hole 7 is provided to the central interior of a main body 3 made of a polymer material such as polystyrene having a grip part 2 to which an ID label 11 was adhered to an examine and an excretion sampling container consisting of a sampler 1 to which a shaft 4 having an excretion sampling spoon 5 provided to the leading end thereof was mounted and a cylindrical liquid container 8 having a screw part 9 fitted to the screw hole 7 provided thereto is prepared to the bottom part of the screw hole 7. A groove 6 is provided to the spoon 5 in a grid form so as to prevent the flowing-down of a liquid to be examined. At the time of use, excretion is sampled by the container 8 and the sampler 1 is connected to said container 8 and, after a definite time, the sampler 1 is detached and the surface of the spoon 5 having adsorbed hemoglobin is washed with desalted water. A reagent containing an enzyme labelled hemoglobin antibody is adhered to the spoon 5 and, after incubation, a color reaction solution is dripped to observe color reaction.
