titleOfInvention Highly dielectric high polymer electrodeposition composition
abstract PURPOSE: The titled composition useful as a color filter for multi-color display material, optical devices, etc., capable of forming a colored layer having highly dielectric properties and improved transparency, comprising an electro-depositing high polymer resin, a dyestuff and a highly dielectric fine particles. n CONSTITUTION: (A) An anionic high polymer resin (preferably acrylic resin, polyester resin, etc.) or cationic high polymer resin (preferably acrylic resin, epoxy resin, etc.) is neutralized and blended with (B) 0.5W40wt% based on total composition solid content of one or more of highly dielectric fine particles such as compound shown by the formula I, formula II, etc., having ≤0.8μ, prefer ably 0.2W0.3μ average particle diameter and preferably ≥50 dielectric constant, and (C) a dyestuff such as phthalocyanine dyestuff, organic pigment such as thren pigment, etc., inorganic oxide pigment such as iron oxide, oil-soluble or diperse dye which is diluted with a solvent and blended with auxiliaries. The blend is diluted with water and subjected to electrodeposition, so that a transparent colored film of coating having ≥6 dielectric constant can be formed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1986,JPO&Japio
