titleOfInvention Aqueous dispersion for electrodeposition, high dielectric constant film and electronic parts
abstract It is an object of the invention to provide an aqueousndispersion for electrodeposition which has excellent shelf lifenand can form thin, high dielectric constant films, as well as anhigh dielectric constant film formed from the aqueous dispersionnand electronic parts provided with the high dielectric constantnfilm. The aqueous dispersion for electrodeposition according tonthe invention is characterized in that organic particles with anmean particle size of no greater than 1 µm and a dielectric constantnof at least 30 (titanium dioxide particles and the like) andnorganic particles composed of either or both a polymerizablencompound and a polymer (polyimide-based resin and the like) arendispersed in an aqueous medium, allowing storage for a period ofn7 days or longer at 20°C. The high dielectric constant film ofnthe invention obtained by electrodeposition of the aqueousndispersion for electrodeposition may have a dielectric constantnof 6 or greater and a volume resistivity of 10 12 Ω·cm or greater.nIt may be used for electronic parts such as printed circuit boards, nsemiconductor packages, condensers and high-frequency antennas.
