PURPOSE: To stabilize chlorinated polyethylene against heat effectively, by adding hydrotalcite thereto. n CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. chlorinated polyethylene (chlorine content of about 20W60%) is mixed with 0.1W5pts.wt.
