PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition having high heat-deformation temperature and exhibiting high thermal stability, by compounding a halogen-containing resin with a hydrotalcite, a dialkyltin malate polymer and a dialkyltin β-mercaptopropionate polymer. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a halogen-containing resin is compounded with (B) 0.01W5pts. of a hydrotalcite, (C) a dialkyltin malate polymer and (D) a dialkyltin β-mercaptopropionate polymer.
