PURPOSE: To prevent heat deterioration of a synthetic resin in molding at high temperatures, by adding an organic tin maleate, a sulfur-containing organotin compound, and magnesium hydroxide to a resin composition consisting of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and a vinyl chloride resin. n CONSTITUTION: A) 100 parts by wt. of a resin composition having well-balanced properties of improved moldability, heat stability, physical properties, and flame retardancy, consisting of a) an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and b) a vinyl chloride resin is blended with B) 0.5W5 parts by wt., preferably 1W4 parts by wt. of an organic tin maleate, C) 0.3W5 parts by wt., preferably 0.3W3 parts by wt. of a sulfur-containing organotin compound, and D) 0.05W1.5 parts by wt. preferably 0.1W1.0 part by wt. of magnesium hydroxide.
