titleOfInvention Plasmid pbl100
abstract PURPOSE:To provide a plasmide that is suitable to use a Corynephollum bacterium producing L-glutamic acid, lysine or inosinic acid as a host and used as a vector. CONSTITUTION:The plasmid is separated from Brevibacterium linens NRRLB- 15722 in Corynephollum and has a molecular weight of 7.6kb, and the following numbers of cleavage sites by restriction enzymes: Hind III 1; BamH I 1; EcoR I 1; Hpa I 1; Sma I 3, Kpn 3; BglII 4; Alu I 10; Hae III 6 or more; Sal I 3 or more; Ava I 4 and more. The plasmid is stably held in cells of Brevibacterium ammoniagenes ATCC 13745 and Corynebacterium acetoacidiphilum ATCC 13870 and proliferated very well.
