titleOfInvention Manufacture of cushioning body
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a cushioning body without any bead or burr, by allowing a urethane raw liquid that will overflow when it is foamed to be absorbed into a soft foamed body having continuous foams that covers the molding surface of a top force of a mold. CONSTITUTION:For example the inner surface of the top force 12 that serves as a closing lid body of a mold is covered with the soft polyurethane foamed sheet having continuous foames, while a polyurethane foaming raw liquid 14 is injected into the molding cavity of the bottom force 11, and the foam molding is effected with the mold closed to form a polyurethane foamed body layer 15 while the excess polyurethane foaming raw liquid 14 is allowed to be absorbed into the continuous foams of the polyurethane foamed body sheet to form an impregnated polyurethane layer 13 so as to obtain the cushioning body. EFFECT:Deburring is facilitated even if burrs are generated.
