abstract PURPOSE: To provide an oxygen enricher which obtains the oxygen enriched air having low humidity from the amt. air with good efficiency by providing a selective oxygen permeable membrane, cooling means, means for controlling the temp. of air, etc. n CONSTITUTION: An oxygen enricher consists of a module 4 contg. the arrangement of elements consisting of selective oxygen permeable membranes, a means 3 for generating the flow of the amt. air in said arrangement, a vacuum pump 11, a cooling means 2, a moisture separating means 17 and a means for taking out the oxygen enriched air. The temp. of the atm. air to be heated is controlled by a heater 5 which heats the flow of the atm. air entering the module 4 and means 9, 10 which detect the temp. of the flow of the atm. air. Said pump 11 evacuates the inside of the elements 6 and takes out the oxygen enriched air. Said means 2 condenses moisture by contacting with the flow of the atm. air from the outside of the device and decreasing the temp. of the oxygen enriched air discharged from the pump 11. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio
