abstract PURPOSE: To prepare the titled composition having remarkably improved heat stability and esp. weatherability, by compounding a novel organic phosphate compound to a resin. n CONSTITUTION: A halogen-containing resin is compounded with the compound of formula[R 1 is alkylene; R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, -M (M is alkali metal), polyhydric phenol residue, polyhydric alcohol residue, etc.; when R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are polyhydric phenol residue, polyhydric alcohol residue, alkaline earth metal or zinc-group element, these may be bonded with each other; m is 1W20; n is 0W10].
