PURPOSE: To provide an immunoregulating agent effective to rheumatism, general lupus erythemotodes, malignant tumor, etc., containing a specific thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine derivative as an effective component. n CONSTITUTION: An agent containing a thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine derivative of formula (R is phenyl or benzyl), which is known as a hypnotic and a narcotic. It is used as an immunoregulator, esp. immuoenhancer, in the form of tablet, capsule, injection, etc. Dose: 0.1W50mg/kg, pref. 1W20mg/kg, depending upon the method of administration.
