titleOfInvention | Solid food for diet |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] To provide a solid food for diet to reduce hunger due to hypoglycemic symptoms that often occur between meals. A dietary fiber composed of rice bran or the like is mainly composed of 10 to 50% by weight and fructose of 30 to 80% by weight. When taken with a glass of water, fructose is quickly absorbed without inducing insulin secretion, increasing blood sugar levels and reducing hunger and appetite. Dietary fiber absorbs water in the stomach and swells, giving the stomach a feeling of obstruction and suppressing appetite. A snack between meals and a large meal can be suppressed. |
