titleOfInvention Autoantibody detection method by indirect antigen immobilization
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] An antigen that can be easily prepared can be used, and even if the purity of the antigen is low, the detection sensitivity does not decrease, and the directionality of the antigen can be controlled. Provided is a method for detecting an antibody such as an autoantibody which can reduce the amount of an antigen used. The present invention relates to a method for immunologically detecting an antibody, which comprises using an antigen bound to a water-insoluble carrier via an antibody, and to immunizing an antibody containing an antigen bound to a water-insoluble carrier via an antibody. Reagent for biological detection.
