titleOfInvention Transparent conductive cover tape
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape which is excellent in adhesion when heat-sealed to a polystyrene carrier tape, and has both excellent antistatic properties and transparency. SOLUTION: This is a cover tape in which at least a biaxially stretched resin film layer 5, a heat sealant layer 4, and an antistatic layer 3 are sequentially laminated, wherein the heat sealant layer 4 is made of an ethylene-based copolymer resin, No. 3 has a particle diameter in the long axis direction of 0.2 to 2.0 μm and a particle diameter in the short axis direction of 0.01 to 0.02 μm, and the particle diameter ratio of major axis / minor axis is 20 to 30. Is a transparent conductive cover tape in which a needle-like antimony-doped tin oxide is dispersed in an ethylene copolymer resin.
