PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive heat-sealing material having a degree of antistatic performance which does not decrease even at low humidity and having transparency enough to allow the contents to be visually recognized, and a carrier tape lid using the same. Its main purpose is to provide the body.
