abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a thermosensitive recording medium which is excellent in preservability of a recorded image with respect to chemicals such as oils and fats and a plasticizer and has less background fog. As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, in a heat-sensitive recording material having a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a leuco dye, a color former and a storability improving agent on a support, the present invention provides a color development method. Obtained by the Claisen rearrangement reaction of 4,4'-diallyloxydiphenyl sulfone as an agent; 3,3′- having an allyl-4,4′-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone and 5- (3-allyl-4-hydroxy) diphenylsulfone-1-oxa-2-methylindane content of 0.5% or less, respectively. Diallyl-4,4 ' -Dihydroxydiphenylsulfone and 4-benzyloxyphenyl-4 ′-(2-methyl-2,3-epoxypropyloxy) phenylsulfone as a preservative improving agent. |
