titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of adhesive sheet |
abstract | (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing an epoxy adhesive sheet which can be easily formed into a sheet and has excellent productivity. In addition, there is a manufacturing method in which not only a cloth-like reinforcing material but also cut fibers alone can be used as a reinforcing material. The present invention relates to an epoxy resin which is liquid at room temperature. (A), an epoxy curing agent (B), an adhesive composition comprising a thickener (C) containing thermoplastic resin powder as an active ingredient is applied on a film by a coating device, and the viscosity is increased by heating to form a B-stage. And a method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet. |
