titleOfInvention Thermosetting waste plastic processing method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To convert waste thermosetting plastic into a recyclable form such as monomer, oil, gas, etc., and to reuse the same. A waste plastic is hydrolyzed in supercritical or subcritical water. Further, the amount of gas generated by the hydrolysis is detected to control reaction conditions such as temperature and pressure. Further, a part of the generated gas is burned in water, and the heat of combustion is used for raising the temperature of water. [Effect] The thermosetting waste plastic can be converted into a reusable form. Further, the temperature of water can be efficiently raised to a supercritical or subcritical state.
