titleOfInvention Method for producing gallium oxide powder
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing gallium oxide powder containing few impurities such as chlorine, which is suitably used for a conductive transparent oxide film or the like. SOLUTION: Chlorine gas is blown into a hot water bath containing molten gallium metal to form a gallium chloride aqueous solution, and gallium hydroxide obtained by neutralizing the solution is dehydrated and dried, followed by roasting and crushing oxidation. A method for producing gallium powder.
