(57) [Problem] To produce a porous metal sheet having minute holes, penetrating holes, three-dimensional holes, and the like, and a solid metal sheet having no holes. SOLUTION: A metal powder P is scattered on a conveyor belt 2 or a support sheet 20 which is continuously conveyed, and the conveyor belt or the support sheet on which the metal powder is scattered is passed through a rolling roller 15 at a required rolling reduction. Rolling leaves fine gaps between the metal powders, and then passes through a sintering furnace 4 to join the metal powders to form a metal sheet in which the gaps have fine pores. The metal powder may be sprayed directly on the rolling roll, or a sublimable fine substance may be mixed and sprayed on the metal powder. In addition, the rolling reduction of the rolling roller is increased to form a solid metal sheet having no pores. |
