SOLUTION: A polyolefin resin includes magnesium hydroxide, magnesium silicate, talc, calcium carbonate, At least one inorganic powder selected from the group consisting of aluminum hydroxide, kaolin clay, silicon oxide and silicon was heated by melting a bromine-containing compound having a specific chemical structure at a temperature equal to or higher than its melting point, and fused and supported in an amorphous state. And the weight ratio of the inorganic powder to the bromine-containing compound is 1: 2. A flame retardant resin composition, wherein the amount of the bromine-containing compound is 1 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin resin.
