titleOfInvention | Pre-coated steel sheet excellent in conductivity and method for producing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated steel sheet excellent in conductivity even when an inexpensive insulating resin is applied to the entire surface of a steel sheet, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The surface roughness of a steel sheet having an average center line roughness (Ra) of 0.1 μm or more is 0.1 to 100 parts by weight of colloidal silica and 100 to 100 parts by weight of a resin, and 3 to 100 parts by weight of a resin. A continuous film of an acrylic or urethane resin containing 30 parts by weight or a film obtained by adding a water-soluble chromium compound to this film is formed, and the film thickness is Ra (μm) × 1.2 with respect to the surface roughness of the steel sheet. ≤ film thickness (μm) ≤ Ra (Μm) +0.8 μm. The film is formed by adding an organic solvent having water compatibility to an aqueous processing solution of an acrylic resin or a urethane resin containing the above components in an amount of 10 to 50 wt%. It is carried out by adding it and applying it to the surface of the steel sheet. |
