abstract | The present invention provides a pre-coated aluminum plate for electronic equipment which is excellent in conductivity, lubricity, fingerprint resistance, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance, and is environmentally friendly. A pre-coated aluminum plate in which a resin film 12 is formed on at least one surface of an aluminum base plate 11 having an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.3 μm or more and 0.5 μm or less without providing an undercoat film containing chromium. 10 and the resin film 12 does not include a metal element, includes an acrylic resin component, a urethane resin component, a silica component, and a particulate lubricant component, and the content of the silica component in the resin film 12 is 12% by mass. The content of the lubricating component contained in the resin film 12 exceeds 8% by mass, the average film thickness of the resin film 12 is 0.15 μm or more and 1.0 μm or less, and the resistance value measured by a specific method is 10Ω.
