(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To stabilize urinary myoglobin for a long period of time and improve the reliability in clinical tests. SOLUTION: A method for stabilizing urinary myoglobin characterized by adding 0.5 to 2.0% of an alkali metal azide to a urine sample, and further comprising a metal chelating agent, albumin and saccharose. A method for stabilizing urinary myoglobin, comprising adding a compound selected from the group, and a preservative used therefor. |
