titleOfInvention | Method for producing exomethylene penum compound |
abstract | (57) [PROBLEMS] An exomethylene penum compound represented by the general formula (2) by developing a novel metal reduction reaction using a cephem compound represented by the general formula (1) as a starting material. Is provided by a simple operation with high yield and high purity. SOLUTION: The cephem compound represented by the general formula (1) has a standard oxidation-reduction potential of at least equimolar amount of a metal having a standard oxidation-reduction potential of -0.3 (V / SCE) or less and a standard oxidation-reduction potential higher than the metal. A method for producing an exomethylene penum compound, comprising reducing the compound with 0.000001 to 10 times the molar amount of the metal compound to obtain an exomethylene penum compound represented by the general formula (2). Embedded image [In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, an amino group or a protected amino group. R 2 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or the like. R 3 Represents a hydrogen atom or a carboxylic acid protecting group. X represents a halogen atom or the like. [Chemical formula 2] Wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are as defined above. ] |
