abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy for impregnation, which has a long pot life, good impregnation during use, and can provide a well-balanced cured product in all of heat resistance, moisture resistance and electric insulation. Provided are a resin composition and a film capacitor using the same. SOLUTION: (B) 10 to 40 parts by weight of a low-viscosity cycloalkylene glycol diglycidyl ether and (C) a liquid polycarboxylic anhydride-based curing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of a liquid alicyclic epoxy resin. A composition comprising 110 to 160 parts by weight and 3 to 7 parts by weight of (D) a curing accelerator containing at least 50% by weight of a diazabicycloundecene-based curing accelerator.
