A conductive sheet having a conductive paste layer on one surface of a copper foil; laminating the conductive sheet on an insulating base material having a through hole or a multilayer plate having a through hole or an interstitial via hole; A method for producing a multilayer printed wiring board in which the conductive paste is filled and hardened by heating and pressurizing the conductive paste into holes and holes, and the surface and the back are connected.
