(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a medical substitute membrane which can be used as a material for filling a defective part of a biological membrane such as brain dura, pericardium, pleura, peritoneum or serosa, and which has ethical problems. Stable, stable supply, no risk of infection, no degeneration of cells, control of degradation rate after application to living organisms, and desirably provide alternative medical membranes that promote regeneration of biological membranes I do. SOLUTION: A laminate having a sheet-like porous intermediate material made of a biodegradable and bioabsorbable material via an adhesive between two collagen films, and at least one outer surface of the laminate. Medical alternative film having a gelatin gel layer or a hyaluronic acid layer, and a method for producing the same. |
