titleOfInvention | Mass-growing method of Gmelina tree using tissue culture |
abstract | (57) Abstract: Mass production method of Gmelina genus tree using tissue culture. SOLUTION: Benzylaminopurine (BAP) or BAP and indole butyric acid (IBA) are added to the shoot apex of Gmelina genus tree. B5 medium or a modified medium thereof was used to induce and proliferate multispores having a large number of fixed buds and / or adventitious buds, and then a large amount of shoots were produced from the resulting multispores. Plants can be efficiently regenerated by transplanting to the above medium to which no plant growth regulator is added or to the above medium to which BAP and IBA have been added, and a method for mass-growing Gmelina genus trees is possible. |
