abstract (57) Abstract: The light transmittance is high in the near infrared region having a wavelength of 700 to 1400 nm. SOLUTION: The binder (i) and the light transmittance ratio [(wavelength 55 0 nm light transmittance / (light transmittance of 1180 nm light)] is 3 or more, metal oxide or inorganic oxide powder (ii), and light transmittance ratio [(light transmittance of 550 nm light) / (Transmittance for light having a wavelength of 740 to 930 nm)] is 2.7 or more, and the dye (iii) is contained as an essential component.
