titleOfInvention | Optical scanning type two-dimensional sensor |
abstract | (57) Abstract: To provide an optical scanning two-dimensional sensor capable of measuring current distribution and time variation distribution over the entire interface of a liquid sample or current variation at a specific time over the entire interface. SOLUTION: A sensor portion 4 made of a photoconductive layer having conductivity is formed on one surface of a light-transmissive substrate portion 1 and is directly contacted with the sensor portion 4. The counter electrode 8 and the reference electrode 9 are dipped in the liquid sample 7 arranged as a sample, applied while changing the voltage between the counter electrode 8 and the substrate portion 1, and the light 10 is scanned from the other surface of the substrate portion 1. While irradiating, the current change caused by the voltage application is taken out from the substrate 1. |
