abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To improve the production amount of a blood separating agent having excellent storage stability per unit time. SOLUTION: A mixed solution containing (a) a polymer compound for forming a separation layer as a main component and (b) a thixotropy-imparting agent selected from inorganic fine particles and an organic gelling agent is advanced. A cylinder block part having a plunger capable of retreating motion, and a cylinder block part of a homogenizer having a bubble body part having a homo valve, a valve seat, and an impact ring connected to the plunger are supplied to the cylinder block part, and the mixed liquid in the homogenizer is supplied. A method for producing a blood separating agent, wherein a blood separating agent comprising a dispersion or a homogeneous gelated product is obtained by applying compression and shear stress at a temperature at which the viscosity is 1 × 10 4 centipoise or less. |
