(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide colored mica titanium which has excellent dichroism and transmitted light with high saturation and is useful as a powder for skin color adjustment that makes the dark part of skin inconspicuous. [Structure] Fine iron oxide particles having an average particle diameter of 60 to 150 nm are coated on titanium mica. This is a substance for skin color adjustment that makes the dark color part of the skin inconspicuous (a substance having a complementary color as a transmission interference color to the skin color to be adjusted) When used as, since the absorption of light by the surface iron oxide is small, the transmitted interference light is not weakened by the coloring agent. |
