Elastic fibers, fabrics and products made from them |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nDisclosed are elastic fibers and fabrics made from uniformly branched linear ethylene polymers. The elastic fiber and the cloth can be used to produce a structure in which the elastic component and the inelastic component can exhibit compatibility with each other by reuse. The novel fiber exhibits a recovery of at least 50% at 100% strain. The fibers and fabrics are particularly useful in the manufacture of manufactured articles and their components such as disposable diapers. |
