abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a photosensitive composition and a photosensitive lithographic printing plate which have high sensitivity, improved development tolerance and improved printing durability. The present invention relates to (A) o-quinonediazide compound, (B) an alkali-soluble resin and (C) at least one selected from diethyl ketone, isobutyl acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone; and diethyl carbitol, It is characterized by containing at least one mixed solvent selected from 3-methoxy-1-butanol, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, methyl lactate, ethyl lactate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, ethyl cellosolve, and methyl cellosolve. It is a photosensitive composition and a photosensitive lithographic printing plate comprising the photosensitive composition. |
