titleOfInvention Sterilization / cleaning mechanism for equipment with reverse osmosis membrane treatment tank
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] In various devices that perform the intended work by using the treated water generated in the reverse osmosis membrane treatment tank, the equipment body and the reverse osmosis membrane are sterilized by switching the flow path of the reverse osmosis membrane treated water. -To provide a sterilization mechanism in which the sterilizing power is not lost even after being washed and organic substances are sterilized. [Structure] A bypass circuit is formed in a treated water supply pipe between a reverse osmosis membrane treatment tank and a device body so that a flow passage is switched by a switching valve. In this bypass circuit, an anion exchange treatment tank and a silver electrolysis tank are provided in an upstream / downstream relationship so that the switching valve forms a silver electrolyzed water supply path for sterilization / washing to the apparatus body. A silver electrolyzed water supply passage is formed from the downstream side of the silver electrolysis tank of the bypass circuit to the reverse osmosis membrane treatment tank through a switching valve.
