abstract Purified water is obtained from tap water. NaCℓ isnadded to the purified water so that the conductivitynthereof is at least 100µS/cm. Then, electrolysis isnapplied. The obtained cathode water is output andnneutralized. The obtained cathode water includes dissolvednhydrogen (H + , H·, H 2 ) of at least 0.1 ppm. This dissolvednhydrogen prevents or suppresses DNA damage.
