titleOfInvention | How to make an electrophotographic plate |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] A plate making image and a printing image quality are excellent even when transferred at high speed under mild transfer conditions, and a printing plate having stable performance can be obtained even when continuously processed for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A peelable first transfer layer (T 1 ) containing a resin (A) that can be removed by a chemical reaction treatment is provided on the surface of an electrophotographic photosensitive member, and after forming a toner image by an electrophotographic process, (i) After the second transfer layer (T 2 ) is further formed on the toner image, the toner image and the transfer layer are collectively transferred to the primary receptor, or (ii) The toner image and the transfer layer (T 1 ) are collectively transferred to the primary receptor provided with the second transfer layer (T 2 ), and the toner image is further transferred onto the material to be transferred, which becomes a hydrophilic surface for lithographic printing. The transfer layer is collectively transferred to form a printing original plate, and the transfer layer on the material to be transferred is removed by a chemical reaction process to prepare a printing plate. |
