abstract | (57) [Summary] [Constitution] An oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte (12), A coating layer (14) covering at least a part of the surface of the solid electrolyte, and a reference electrode (1) electrically connected to the solid electrolyte. A chlorine compound gas sensor (10) having 6) and a detection electrode (18) electrically connected to the coating layer, wherein the coating layer contains chloride such as barium chloride. The reference electrode (16) and the detection electrode (18) form a pair to sandwich the solid electrolyte (12) and the coating layer (14). [Effect] The response is fast, and it is possible to qualitatively and quantitatively measure a small amount of chlorine gas and chlorine compound gas such as hydrogen chloride. |
