(57) Abstract: Biology to sterol vesicles suitable for in vivo administration in order to provide administration of higher doses of water-soluble active substances and to facilitate administration of water-insoluble active substances A method for effectively trapping a biologically active substance is provided. SOLUTION: A salt form of an organic derivative selected from dicarboxylic acids, polycarboxylic acids, hydroxy acids, amino acids and polyamino acids of sterols capable of forming closed vesicles forms completely closed vesicles. To the aqueous phase, the compound to be entrapped in the sterol vesicles is further added to the aqueous phase, and the mixture is shaken until a milky suspension of multilamellar vesicles is formed. A method for preparing a sterol liposome containing a bioactive agent, and a method for preparing a sterol liposome, which is a unilamellar vesicle containing a bioactive agent, further sonicating the obtained milky suspension of multilamellar vesicles. |
