[Composition] An oxide selected from the group consisting of alumina, zirconia, a composite oxide containing alumina, and a composite oxide containing zirconia, and a group consisting of tungsten, vanadium, cerium, molybdenum, zinc, cobalt, and chromium. It is characterized by supporting an oxide of a selected metal.
