abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] It can be easily applied to the skin or objects with the fingertips, etc., and after application it can evaporate water to form a uniform color film, and is familiar with sweat when used on the skin. To provide a composition in which the coating remains fixed, and after use, the coating can be peeled off with fingers or washed with water. [Structure] A water-soluble base composed of one or more selected from a completely saponified type (98 to 99 mol%) or a partially saponified type (70 to 90 mol%) polyvinyl alcohol having an average degree of polymerization of 300 to 2500. It is characterized by blending a legal dye for cosmetics.
