abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent processability and exhibiting impact resistance, heat resistance, rigidity and flame retardancy. [Structure] A graft obtained by polymerizing an aromatic polycarbonate resin, a diene rubbery polymer as a trunk, an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith. A thermoplastic resin composition comprising a blend of a copolymer resin, a specific aromatic monophosphate and a specific talc. However, the weight ratio of each component is limited in terms of weight ratio. [Effect] The above object can be achieved.
