Alkoxymethyl, n, m, p, q, r and t is 0 or 1, A 1 is 1,4-cyclohexylene, 1,4-phenylene or 1,3-dioxane-2,5-diyl, A 2 and A 5 are 1,4-cyclohexylene, 1,4-phenylene or pyrimidine-2,5 -Jail A 3 , A 4 , A 6 and A 7 are 1,4-cyclohexylene or 1,4-phenylene, Z 1 , Z 3 and Z 6 are -COO- or a single bond, and Z 2 is -C. H 2 CH 2 -,-CH = CH- or a single bond, Z 4 is -CH 2 CH 2 -,-CH 2 CH 2 CH 2 CH 2- , -CH = CH- or a single bond, Z 5 and Q are -CH 2 CH 2 -or a single bond, L, X and T are F or H, and S is F, Cl or CF 3.
