[Composition] Sasanqua, Camellia, Camellia, Camellia, White magnolia, Antirrhinum majus, Stinkweed, Shishigashira, Rhododendron, Camphor tree, Red pine, Alaska, Ubamegashi, Akamegashiwa, Kinshibai plants, Khamin Chan, Chum HetThet, Henna, Curculigo orchioide A testosterone-5α-reductase inhibitor containing at least one s, each Ranoolifia crude drug and at least one extract of each seaweed of Kajime, Anahaosa, Oobamoku, Iwahigashi, Ishige, and Amiyouyo. [Effect] The above-mentioned inhibitor has a hair-growth / hair-growth effect.
